SPEEDING TICKETS/CDL VIOLATIONS
The typical response when one gets a speeding ticket is, “well, its just a speeding ticket, I will just pay it.” The problem is the way the penalties are structured in Massachusetts, a responsible finding on a speeding ticket can cost upwards of two thousand dollars depending on the county you reside. Therefore, it is important to keep your driving history as clean as possible. I utilize various techniques to minimize your chance of being found responsible including but not limited to specialized driver safety and retraining classes.
