SPEEDING TICKETS/CDL VIOLATIONS

My client was cited for traveling 86 mph on the Mass Pike. I had him complete the RMV Safety Serve driving classes and presented the certificate of completion to the clerk. The clerk appreciated that he took the offense serious and was proactive.
RESULT: Not Responsible.

My client was cited for traveling 100 mph on the Mass Pike as well as 3 other violations. We were able to win ¾ and decided that rather than appeal and have the entire case opened again before a judge, the safest action would be to take the responsible finding on one of the cases.
