MASSACHUSETTS SURCHARGEABLE INFRACTIONS

 

I have included a list of every type of surchargeable event one can get.  Once you pay a citation you WILL see an increase in your insurance for up to SIX years. Your insurance premiums will increase because Massachusetts follows an insurance plan called the SDIP (Safe Driver Insurance Plan).  That in and of itself is a pretty good reason to fight any citation.
